Generation Z, the demographic born between the mid-nineties and the mid-noughties, is truly digi-native. They expect employers to be digital, technology-driven and technology driving. They take the tools available to us for granted and can’t understand why their bosses wouldn’t use them. Speaker Bio

Björn has an extensive career in HR as an advisor and leading HR functions within large companies, as well as startups and the public sector. He has studied an extensive mix from macro sociology and law, to engineering math and programming, but has his main subject in organisational psychology.

In his current position in Business Development, Björn actively monitors industry trends and acts as a sounding board for digital HR trends within Sympa. He is also an active speaker and visiting panelist at HR events in Sweden and around the Nordics.
