Gerrit Schimmelpenninck – Senior Talent Intelligence Manager | Philips

Gerrit Schimmelpenninck is the Sr. Talent Intelligence Manager at Philips, leading a small team of consultants that advise Philips businesses, Strategy and M&A teams with human capital data and cultural assessments. Gerrit began his career in research at Egon Zehnder after which he moved to a management consultancy firm to advise PE firms about the human capital in their holding companies. At Philips Gerrit got the opportunity to help build the Talent Intelligence function from scratch to become a vital part of corporate decision making at the highest levels around location strategy, organisation design, competitive intelligence, M&A target companies and Culture studies. Gerrit lives with his wife Sanne and one year old son Louis in his home town Amsterdam and loves all things bicycle related.
