More organizations are becoming comfortable using data in an HR context, but many still only do it only at the most senior executive levels or only “after the fact”.  This talk will discuss ways to imbed analytics in HR processes at scale, such that the insights that are presented are immediately actionable.   Examples to include optimization in hiring decision, fairness in compensation planning.

Ashar Khan – SVP People Analytics | GIC

Ashar leads the People Analytics and Digital HR teams at GIC, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund. In this role he is responsible for drawing deep insight from people data, architecting and operationalizing a comprehensive strategic workforce planning program and acting as a strategic advisor to other HR leaders in leveraging data in decision making.

Prior to GIC, Ashar has held various HR leadership roles at Kraft Heinz and Google including people analytics and compensation. He started his career as a consultant in PWC’s New York office advising clients on HR considerations during M&A activity.  Ashar holds a Bachelor of Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
